Free parking space inside the building, outside the ZTL

FREE PARKING!

Arriving in Rome by car is not a problem: our holiday home is outside the ZTL and offers a free parking space inside the building. There is only one space, so we ask you to request it after completing your booking. Garage size: 5.6 × 2.5 × 1.9 metres. If you prefer to travel without a car, Trastevere station is a 7-minute walk away

FEEL AT HOME: BEDROOM, KITCHEN AND TWO BALCONIES

The apartment, for the exclusive use of guests, consists of a double bedroom with TV, air conditioning and wardrobe; a living room with TV, a sofa bed with a French-style mattress and a dining table; a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances; a bathroom with shower; and two balconies, one of which can be used as an outdoor living area. It is on the eighth floor with a lift and has free parking in the building.

OUR SERVICES

Inside our holiday home you will find all the basic necessities.
There are towels, sheets and blankets, the bathroom is equipped with shampoo, shower gel, intimate wash, hand soap and hairdryer.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, plates, glasses and cutlery.
There are also an iron, ironing board and clothesline.
A Wi-Fi connection is available
Upon request it is possible to have a crib for babies and an airport shuttle service at a reduced cost.

Self check-in, luggage storage and fast Wi-Fi

USEFUL INFORMATION: CHECK-IN, LUGGAGE AND AMENITIES

Self check-in with a key safe: arrive whenever you like, without waiting for anyone. The apartment is not in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) and can also be reached by car. The building has a concierge from 7:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. We offer luggage storage before and after your stay. You will find fast Wi-Fi, a workspace, heating, an ironing board and iron. You can also buy bus and metro tickets on site.

San Camillo, Spallanzani and Bambino Gesù: special rate

ACCOMMODATION NEAR ROME'S HOSPITALS

If you need to visit the San Camillo hospital, the Forlanini-Spallanzani hospital or the Bambino Gesù children's hospital, our holiday home is convenient and quiet, in a residential area with a pharmacy, supermarket and restaurants. The first two can also be reached on foot, while the pediatric one is a 10-minute drive away.

By FL1 train in about 30 minutes to Trastevere station

From Fiumicino Airport to Trastevere by Train

How do you get from Fiumicino Airport to Trastevere by train? The simplest option is the FL1 regional train, which leaves from the airport station and reaches Roma Trastevere station in about 30 minutes. From there, our holiday home is a 7-minute walk away.

Which train to take
Follow the signs to the railway station at the airport and choose the FL1 regional train, towards Fara Sabina-Montelibretti. Do not take the Leonardo Express: it goes directly to Termini and does not stop at Trastevere. Before boarding, check on the departure board that Roma Trastevere is among the stops.

Tickets, times and frequency
A ticket costs around 8 euros and can be bought at the airport, at the ticket offices or ticket machines, or online. Trains run throughout the day, roughly every 15-30 minutes depending on the time of day.
